Al in mijn vroege professionele carrière moest ik complexe ziekten behandelen. In die tijd heb ik vele malen acupunctuuratlassen gezocht naar acupunctuurpunten om mijn patiënten verder te helpen. Omdat dit kostbare tijd was die ik van elders verloor, begon ik informatie over acupunctuurpunten te verzamelen en te beheren in een database.

Completed revision of the acupuncture point texts.

1997-2001
Created the symptom and diagnostic catalogue with more than 4000 entries. Literature searches of more than 10,000 pages were required.
1998
Acquired the anatomy templates, in four levels, for the acupuncture charts. Each acupuncture point was drawn individually in a co-ordinate system within a database. Through this method the acupuncture charts in ShenProfessional became interactive.
1997-1998
Created the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine – for my courses in Switzerland.

Began TCM teaching in Switzerland.

Created my own acupuncture point texts.
